You pay for the control room and the credits. You own what you make with it. We keep the service running and stay out of your work.
These terms are between you and Heimdall Studio Ltd. Creating a studio, or using the free tier, means you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to.
The subscription is billed monthly per studio and renews until cancelled. Generation is paid in credits: plan credits reset each cycle, purchased pack credits do not expire and are spent only after plan credits.
Credits are a prepaid balance for compute, not currency. They are not refundable or transferable between studios, but unused pack credits stay available while your studio is open.
You keep all rights in your briefs, references, recipes and the pieces you approve and publish. We claim no ownership and take no licence beyond what is needed to run the service for you — storing it, showing it back to you, and sending what a generation requires to the provider you chose.
You are responsible for having the rights to the references you upload, and for the pieces you publish.
Heimdall is a review tool, and review is the point. These uses are out of bounds and are grounds for suspension:
Generations run on third-party models. Their own policies apply to the prompt you send, and a provider can refuse or fail a request for reasons outside our control. Where that happens, credits for the failed unit are not charged.
Model availability changes. We will keep a recipe runnable where we can, and tell you in-app when a provider version it depends on is retired.
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability on the app and publish incidents in the Trust centre. The free tier is provided as-is, without an availability commitment.
We may change features. Anything that would break an existing approval receipt or ledger record gets 30 days’ notice.
The service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Otherwise our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at what you paid us in that period.
You can close your studio at any time from Settings, and export everything first. We may suspend a studio for non-payment or a clear breach of acceptable use, with notice where the law allows it.
After closure we delete studio content within 30 days, keeping only ledger records we are required to hold.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights available to you where you live.
We will give at least 14 days’ notice in-app and by email before material changes take effect, and keep the previous version available for comparison.
